We promote a climate in which service users are respected and valued. Discriminatory practices within our organisation are not tolerated and will be addressed accordingly, whether among staff or service users. Immediate action will be taken in respect of any service user or staff member being subjected to degrading, oppressive, offensive or intimidating treatment by any member of staff or another service user.
