Support Package

Blue Dome Supported Housing aims to offer a comprehensive service to contracting authorities as permitted by legislation and to provide advice, support, guidance and assistance.

We understand that all service users will have different requirements and some may require more assistance than others may. As such, they will be assessed individually and a personal support plan will be developed. A personalised support plan will enable us to identify each person’s needs.

Health Services
From our list of local medical services we will assist service users in registering with GP, dentist and opticians.

Wellbeing Support Organisations
Our aim is to promote service users’ wellbeing by referring them to local organisations that provide support services.

Food Banks
Service users are assisted with obtaining food from local food banks.

Learning and Training
Service users receive guidance and support in developing skills through training and volunteering opportunities to help them on their initial steps towards employment.
